Bancroft; continued in turn by Pacific Coast Diary (also called Bancroft’s Pacific Coast Diary). The Pacific Coast Diary for 1888 sold by Kedem Auction House (Jerusalem), auction no. 33 (Aug. 28, 2013), lot no. 480.
